Dear colleagues,

 

Please refer to our previous communication dated February 9 regarding next National Executive Committee Meeting of National Union of Journalists (India) scheduled to be held at Shravasti in Uttar Pradesh from April 23 to 24, 2016.

 

In continuance of the message, I wish to give further information that the host unit has informed to receive the members from Gonda Railway Station and will provide transportation to the venue, which is 55 km from the Railway Station. The venue of the meeting is Auditorium, Lord Buddha Inter College, Shrawasti, Uttar Pradesh.

 

You are intimated in advance so that there is no problem in availing the journey tickets. Accommodation will be provided from the evening of April 22 to the morning of April 25, 2016. A detail train chart is enclosed herewith for your convenience.

 

The organisers have informed that there is an acute problem of accommodation at the venue. Please do not accompany any non-members with you. The host unit will provide accommodation to only the invited members as per the list provided by the NUJ(I) central office. The room will be provided on sharing basis. 

  

The agenda of the meeting and other information will be sent in due course.

 

Please book your ticket in advance and inform the NUJ office without delay.
